PITTSBURGH, Pa. –
Davidson’s Alex Radsky is ranked 33rd in the nation at 133-pounds in Gregg Henry’s latest NCAA Division I wrestling rankings for the upcoming 2010-11 season on WrestlingReport.com.

Radsky had a breakout season in 2009-10, snapping a 41-year drought for Davidson wrestlers at the Southern Conference Championships by winning the 133-pound title in March. He advanced to the NCAA Tournament in Omaha, Neb., giving the Wildcats their first representative in the event since 1999.

A rising senior, Radsky did not stop winning on the mat when the collegiate season ended. Representing his home state, Ohio, he won the 60 kg bracket at the USA Wrestling Northern Plains Senior Freestyle Regionals in Waterloo, Iowa on May 15 to advance to the World Team Trials in Council Bluffs, Iowa in June.

All six members of the Southern Conference are represented in the rankings. Chattanooga and UNCG led with three wrestlers each in the Top 33 of their respective weight classes. Appalachian State had two ranked wrestlers, while The Citadel and VMI each had one.
