Davidson Women’s Soccer Signs 11 For 2015 Season

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Entering their 12th season starting in the Fall of 2015 under the helm of head coach Greg Ashton, the Davidson women's soccer program announced today the signing of 12 incoming freshmen who will join the Wildcats.
The class of 2019 consists of 12 young women who were part of Davidson's early decision admissions process and are Ashton's 11th recruiting class since taking over the program in 2004.
"I'm pleased to announce the group of young women who will be joining our program for the fall of 2015," said Ashton, who has collected 177 career wins with 106 of them coming at Davidson. "The coaching staff has worked extremely hard to try and identify student-athletes that can be successful in the classroom, and also provide talent and depth to the women's soccer program. These young ladies come from 10 different states and different backgrounds, but have all demonstrated their desire to become valuable members of the Davidson College student body and contributing members of the women's soccer program. I'm happy to have these recruits join us as we look forward to our second year in the Atlantic 10 conference."
