DAVIDSON, N.C. - During the second week of the 2017 Davidson football fall camp, corner backs coach and recruiting coordinator Justin Hood was mic'd up for some special teams action to give Wildcat fans an inside look at what the team is doing to get ready for the upcoming season.
Hood, a 2008 graduate of Ashland University, enters his second season with the Wildcats. The Ohio native spent his early years with FBS programs Oregon and Illinois and as a running backs intern with the New York Giants of the NFL.
The season kicks off Saturday, Sept. 2 at home against Brevard College. Opening kick from Richardson Stadium is slated for 7 p.m.
