
Men’s Basketball Signs Three for 2018-19 Season

DAVIDSON, N.C. -- David Czerapowicz (Gothenburg, Sweden), Michael Jones (Woodbury, Minn.) and Nelson Boachie-Yiadom (London, England) signed National Letters of Intent during the early period, to join the Davidson men's basketball team in 2018-19, as announced recently by head coach Bob McKillop.
"We are thrilled to have David, Michael and Nelson joining us," said McKillop. "Their basketball skills fit our system perfectly. More importantly, their commitment to be model student-athletes and terrific teammates will make them very valuable additions to our program."

Playing Accomplishments
Second-team all-state (North Star Hoops) and first-team all-conference as a junior… Averaging 32 points and 8 rebounds as a senior for Coach Kent Getzlaff at Woodbury… Averaged 25 points and made 113-of-230 3-pointers in 2016-17.
Nelson Boachie-Yiadom
6-8, 200, Forward
London, England/Loomis Chaffee School (Boston, Mass.)
Playing Accomplishments
Helped lead Great Britain's U18 National Team to a silver medal in the FIBA Europe B Division this past summer… Two-time NEPSAC honorable-mention selection… Three-year starter for Coach Rock Battistoni at the Loomis Chaffee School… Averaging 14 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 blocks per game as a senior… Invited to NBA's Basketball Without Borders in August 2016 in Helsinki, Finland.
