What does it mean to you to be a Davidson student athlete?
It means to face the challenge of competing in both elite academic and athletic environments. Hard work on and off the field leaves us in a great position to move forward in either athletics or a professional career.
What is unique to you about being a Davidson student athlete?
Writing research papers in hotel conference rooms over the weekend series and being held to the same rigorous academic standards as non-athletes.
What would you like to say to donors who make your experience possible?
Thank you for making this possible. My teammates are some of my closest friends and being a baseball player at Davidson is an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything.
If you could talk to all the alumni members of your team to motivate them for the Wildcat Top 21, what would you say?
We have the fewest scholarships in the SoCon and perennially compete both in conference and against teams in power conferences like the ACC and SEC. We have a lot of alumni support and we appreciate it! Please continue to consider donating to the baseball team and watch the program continue to grow.
