CHARLOTTE, N.C. - On the eve of his homecoming game against the Charlotte Bobcats, Davidson Radio Network play-by-play broadcaster John Kilgo caught up with former Davidson star and current Golden State Warrior Stephen Curry.

The interview first aired on the Davidson Radio Network at halftime of the Wildcats' game against Elon in the first round of the Southern Conference Tournament in Charlotte March 5.

Curry, Davidson's all-time leading scorer, is averaging 15.6 points, 5.3 assists and 4.2 rebounds for Golden State. An NBA Rookie of the Year candidate, he was invited to play in the Rookie-Sophomore Challenge and finished second in the 3-point contest at the league's All-Star weekend in Dallas.

Curry is a Charlotte native and starred at Charlotte Christian High School before becoming a two-time All-American at Davidson. He was picked seventh overall by the Warriors in last summer's NBA draft.
